Lately I’ve been going through a lot of trials in my life and have found myself stressed to the max, I mean overwhelmed tremendously. Today I want to share some tips with you on how I get rid of my stress and anxiety.
1. Create a personal journal- write about things that are personal to you that you don’t want to express to anyone else but need to get out.
2.Therapy/Talk to someone- sometimes being able to express yourself and having the external support calms the sense of anxiety and adds comfort.
3. Meditation- videos like the one above helps soothes the internal stress. Take deep breaths exhale releasing all the negative stress and inhale embracing all the positive energy the world has to offer.
4.Exercise-exercising allows you to focus on healing the body and allow physical activity to get out pent up aggression.
